The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at a historic high on Tuesday as major world stock markets rallied after China pledged record government spending to boost growth and data showed the U.S. service sector expanding at its fastest pace in a year. Commodities closed up broadly for a second straight day on Tuesday, with oil posting its biggest gains since December on supply outages and a U.S. stock market rally, and metals rising on China's bullish growth outlook.

The local market remained in positive territory throughout the day, tracking the favourable Wall Street overnight performance and the rebound on regional markets. FKLI spot month contract opened higher this morning at 1,643. 

Today’s Support and Resistance for March contract is located around 1,635 and 1,650 respectively.
